  • No. All our programs are beginner-friendly and structured so anyone can start at your own pace.

  • Most classes are in English, with German support when needed. Our coaches keep everything clear and accessible.

  • Comfortable sports clothes without zippers or pockets if possible. If you own a gi, bring it. No jewelry or piercings (if not possible to remove them tape them. Bring a pair of sandals/flip-flops for off the mats at all times.

  • No need to book any classes— Just sign up for the free trial online after contacting us.

  • Not at all. Even though some members train to compete, others train for health, self-defence, movement or just for fun!
