No. All our programs are beginner-friendly and structured so anyone can start at your own pace.

Most classes are in English, with German support when needed. Our coaches keep everything clear and accessible.

Comfortable sports clothes without zippers or pockets if possible. If you own a gi, bring it. No jewelry or piercings (if not possible to remove them tape them. Bring a pair of sandals/flip-flops for off the mats at all times.
