You get to do a 5 consecutive-day free trial, choose when you’d like to begin.
Step 2 — Signup Online
Contact us with the form below and fill out the quick registration form (2 minutes) sent by email so we can confirm your spot.
Step 3 — Get Ready
Bring clean sports clothes (no zippers or pockets if possible) and pack a pair of sandals/flip flops for moving off the mats, floor is lava.
Step 4 — Arrive early
Come 10–15 minutes before class. This gives you time to meet the coaches, check in at the reception, and get comfortable.
Step 5 — Join the experience
Step on the mats, train at your own pace, and enjoy. Ask questions anytime, our coaches and community are here to support you.

FAQ Regarding the Trial Week
Do I need experience to join?
No — all our programs are beginner-friendly and structured so anyone can start at their own pace.
What languages are classes taught in?
Most classes are in English, with German support when needed. Our coaches keep everything clear and accessible.
What should I wear for my first class?
Comfortable sports clothes without zippers or pockets if possible. If you own a gi, bring it. No jewelry or piercings (if not possible to remove them tape them. Bring a pair of sandals/flip-flops for off the mats at all times.
Can I watch a class before joining?
Of course. You’re welcome to visit, observe, and get a feel for the community.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — sign up for the free trial online. After that, you can drop into any class during your week.
Is MNML. only for competitors?
Not at all. Some members train to compete, and others train for health, self-defense, movement or just for fun!
